I HAVE BEEN GOING TO SPA SYDELL FOR THE LAST 10 YEARS. I DON'T KNOW IF IN THE PROCESS OF GROWING THE BUSINESS THEY FORGOT TO INCLUDE CUSTOMER SERVICES. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING BACK TO THIS DAY SPA. ALL YOUR SERVICES ARE RUSHED THEY PUSH YOU IN AND PUSH YOU OUT. DAY SPAS SHOULD BE RELAXING IN THIS CASE YOUR JUST A NUMBER. THE LAST SIX TIMES I HAVE BEEN TO SPA SYDELL AT THE BUCKHEAD AND MIDTOWN LOCTION THE STEAM ROOMS ARE NEVER WORKING. THEY SHOULD MAKE CUSTOMERS AWARE OF THIS WHEN MAKING APPOINTMENTS. WHEN YOU WALK OUTSIDE THE SPA THE THERAPIST ARE SITTING OUTSIDE SMOKING LIKE THEY ARE IN A BACK ALLY SOMEWHERE. CUSTOMER SERVICES RATING THEY GET A NEGATIVE 99. THE CUSTOMER SERVICES IS REALLY BADD. THEY ARE TO MANY DAY SPAS IN ATLANTA THAT PROVIDE A RELAXING ATOMOSPHERE. THEY ARE ALWAYS OVERBOOKED AND FOR THE PRICES THAT YOU PAY YOU CAN GET BETTER TREATMENT ELSEWHERE.
