I originally went here in January of 2007 for their $99 sale. Turns out the only dresses that are $99 are size 16 and up. They don't even show you those dresses because they don't make good money on them. I didn't have an appointment. I came in at 5:15 p.m. They had me fill out all my information before I could even look at any dresses. They said I would have to wait a little bit before someone would help me because I was a walk-in. (You're not allowed to try any dresses on yourself). I waited for two hours. At 6:55 p.m. somebody finally helped me. They got me six dresses that didn't fit and gave me a fitting room. I didn't like any of them. Nobody came back and asked if everything was going okay and if I wanted any other dresses. I left feeling like I was treated like garbage. I think it was because they ask you if you're ready to buy today and I said if I find something and also my wedding wasn't until October.
Weeks later I got a call from a Mary Kay consultant who said I had won a drawing for a makeover for my entire bridal party. If you know anything about Mary Kay then you know this is just a ploy to get you to buy their products at this "makeover". I was mad that David's bridal gave the information that I had to fill out to even look at a dress to somebody trying to solicite my business. I will never go here and tell everybody else not to. The dress may be cheaper than anywhere else but you will pay for it in other ways.
Pros: really nothing
Cons: bad service, mean sales people, did I already say bad service?
