Alex came highly recommended to me by a former colleague and I am so thankful! Coming from a psychology background myself, I was quite picky and not thrilled with the therapists I had been interviewing until I met Alex. She was invaluable in helping me work through a dark part of my life and she gave me perspective that my friends and family simply couldn't provide. She is incredibly bright and is an active therapist who made me recognize my own stuff but was never condescending. Through our sessions, I recognized some destructive patterns and have become a better person and partner because of this. I also felt incredibly comfortable and safe telling her embarrassing and painful things about myself and my past - she passes no judgment at all.
