My son wanted to host a few friends at QZar on the Saturday after his birthday. My husband and I paid $98.00 for 7 children to play 2 games. I told the female behind the counter that we would also like to order pizzas (the website advertises pizza) and she replied "not today". I asked "are you telling me we can't order pizza" and the smart-alec, disgruntled employee again replied "not today". When I asked why she said that only those who reserved parties in advance were able to order pizza. She was so rude! I told her that it didn't say that on the website and she just looked up in the air and laughed. I asked to speak with the Mgr and she was the General Manager, Lesley Blake. I asked for contact info for someone above her and she gave me a bad phone number. Don't give this hole your business. There is no other contact info for anyone on the website either.
