Had a bad experience with a 'stylist' and no - absolutely NO offer to repair the damage from the management. These girls work on an assembly line system which they happily describe as a 'team working environment'. Supposedly any one of them should be able to work with a cut from any other in the salon. What this translates to is that they only know one cut and it can easily be duplicated by a chimp with safety scissors.\r
