We had a new furnace and AC unit installed this winter. They had competitve prices and the workmanship amd materials were very good. However, they were not clear about the inspection process (who looks at it when), and were slow in getting the necessary paperwork to us in time to submit it for the rebates that sold us on the project in the first place. We used their 3rd party financing, who also did not get details about the account to us until we called about it. If you have time and patience to babysit them, ESCO was ok, but I wouldn't recommend them for installation.
