I bought a laptop computer from Best Buy in Cuyahoga Falls Ohio in February '07, two weeks after the puchase it crashed, my husband took it and all the paperwork back to the store for an exchange, the clerk told my husband all he needed was a recovery disk for approx. 50 bucks. My husband contacted the manufacturer and they sent him one. Once again the computer crashed and my husband took it back in and the GEEK SQUAD told him theyt would send it out to be fixed. My husband got the computer back and it crashed yet again. By this time it was the middle of summer. My husband, once again made a trip to Best Buy and once again they sent it out. Approximately a month or so later my husband got the computer back and once again it did the same thing. My husband made yet another trip to Best Buy and went through the same process again. By the time my husband got the computer back it was late December and ONCE AGAIN it crashed. My husband made another trip to the store and complained about all
