Approximately one year ago I purchased a glorious machine from the computer department of the Springfield Best Buy. This laptop was state of the art sleekness. An HP dv9000, it was black in color with a 17inch screen. Being a student of graphic design, I anticipated this masterpiece of modern technology would launch me and my artistic endeavors into stratospheric heights. \r
For the majority of the year these dreams were realized as I practiced my craft, honing my skills. The beauty of this machine matched its performance and I was delighted with the experience. Then, due to some mishaps, and a little assist from the faulty Norton 360 Anti-virus, my beloved workstation crashed. In sudden dismay, I lamented. Then I remembered the almighty warranty! Reassured that all would be made right, I kissed my laptop and retired for the evening. \r
