I got DSL and I was told that I needed a network card. So, I called Best Buy to see if they could look at it and see if I have a network card in the computer. They said to bring it in and they could look at it and see. I took it into the store and I was told to wait until a tech could look at it. I waited for 45 min and then they told me that it needed a network card and I had to leave it. So I left it so they could install one. I called every other day for the next week to see if it was done. Finally 8 days later they called and said it was done. I went to pick it up and they charged $100 to put the network card in. I thought it was high but I don?t know a lot about computer so I paid it. I took it home and it started locking up so I called Best Buy and they said they would send a guy out to look at it.
