The Bensenville Animal Hospital is a wonderful clinic for my pets. It is not the most upkept, but only because the doctor, James Schofield, is more worried about providing affordable veterinary services. I often board my dogs there and with permissions I was able to see the housing conditions my pet would live in. There are plenty of kennels and all of them were sanitary. The outdoor space where the dogs "do their business" is shelter so that the animals are sheltered from harsh weather. I know that on Sundays when the vet is closed there is always someone there to take care of the animals. The staff may be young but I was very impressed by how much they have learned while working for Doc. I am glad that he is willing to hire high school students. Most of them are going to become veterinarians and they have been given the chance to see what it is like before they go into college.
