It took an extremely long time to get through my appointment (over 2 hours for simple lab work). I was told my results would be back within 5 days, and after 10 days I had to go in person b/c I could not get through on the phone and no one would return my voicemail. I was told I would have to wait a few more days for my results b/c the dr wasnt in that I saw, and only he can release the results. Meanwhile, my bloodpressure and stress levels have spiked beyond belief. I would recommend going somewhere a little more personalized, with better communication skills. I will NEVER again go to any of the Family Physician Group offices in the area (my hubby went to another one and had a similar experience).
