I have spoken to Mr. Starr at Heritage Honda. I must say I am quite impressed with the way he is concerned about his customers and that they receive the highest standards of satisfaction. I wasn't pleased about some things that happened and Mr. Starr not only took the time to read my prior post but he also took the time to contact me directly and to fix the issues I had. I can honestly say that after working at several dealerships myself I have never seen such customer relations as this. Mr. Starr treated me as if I was family and his main concerns were that my problems were addressed and that I received the highest standards in customer service. It was such a pleasure and honor to speak to him and to feel that important that he would take the time to contact me several times to resolve any problems I may have had and to make sure things were going well.
