I have to agree, the front desk lady is abrupt and her phone skills are apalling, I saw her ""lose"" four phone calls while I was standing at the counter... however, Dr. Good is excellent and even does phone consults, the prescriptions and cost of care a re reasonable, and though they do not take walk ins even for urgent care, they will try to fit you into their first available spot. We were satisfied (even though we were frustrated with the desk staff) and we will continue to use them.
