Today I had the pleasure of speaking to Heritage Honda's GM "Mr. Star". I must say that I was quite impressed with him. After stating all my concerns and problems I found he was not only concerned but he was a nice a very nice man to speak to. I wish I would have had the honor of speaking to him before I had to write my post. I was really disgusted and thought they just didn't care about what happened. However, this is not the case. Mr. Star takes his dealership very serious and maintains the dealerships highest standards and good name with satisfaction for the customer. He was not happy to read that I felt the way I did and has assured me that he will try to fix some of the problems I encountered. I can't tell you how much it meant to speak to him and have him speak honestly to me. I never thought that anyone would read my thread much less care what I felt but they do. When I posted "RIP OFF" I didn't think they would even care much less read it and it really feels good to know that
