Went there for routine shots. Once it was time to pay, they added on charges for cleaning my cats ears and lab work (that I don't even think they performed) and vitamins that my cat didn't need. I have heard similar things from other pet owners who have visited the VCA, and they are known to try and give your pets additional unnecessary 'care' to increase their fee - similar to a scumbag dentist who will do additional work to your teeth that is not needed.\r

It was a bad experience and mistake going here. The staff had a dishonest feel about them and I wouldn't trust them again w/ my cat.
