My AC went out in August - aggghhhh. I have a Trane unit so I contacted them and found the nearest authorized service - these folks. I called and they told me that they could not be out for a week - so I waited in August heat for them to arrive. Since I was going to have to take time off I made a Dr's appointment for the same day and thought I would take the whole day and get this all done. Twice that week Anchor called and tried to upsell a new unit to me and twice I asked them to fix my current unit. Twice they told me I didn't have an appointment and then found I did after looking.
