I have been unsuccessfully treated for a simple infection. I have been put on many different medicines, but none have seemed to work. I called in to ask if I needed to see the doctor, or if there was anything else they could do for me, and was rudely spoken to by the Nurse Practitioner and hung up on by this woman. I think this was the worst moment that I have ever had with Urgent Care of Oxford, MS. Dr. Coon is nice, but that will probably be the last time I rely on the "not yet a doctor" that works there.
