The dispatcher's rudeness was only surpassed by the rudeness of the plumber, who proved to be shockingly nasty, insulting and condescending. \r

Why pay high prices to be verbally abused?\r
I can only hope that the guy's plumbing work lasts longer than his horrible bedside manner.
