I went to this dealership because it is very close to where I live. I asked for coolant flush and this guy did drain and fill. When I argued about why they did drain and fill when I asked for a flush ? the service manager said that this is what they do and they do not have any machine like jiffy lube to do flush. He also said that if I do a flush my water pump and other thing might go bad and would need a replacement. I argued but this guy did not budge from his stand. He did this because I had a coupon for $39.99 for coolant flush from some other Toyota dealership and they said that they will honor the coupon. Regular charge for coolant flush is $125. \r

They cheat customers ? I am not going there any more. I am happy to travel to some 20-30 miles to other dealership for better service..
