This place is located conveniently right off the Treat Blvd exit on 680 where I happened to have a meeting in Walnut Creek the other day. I remembered going here once a few months ago to pick up some chicken tikka masala 'to go' for a friend and decided to snack on some samosas while I was there, and they tasted so good I promised myself I would come back the next chance I got. A taste of my friends dinner made my taste buds confirm my decision of dining there. So before my meeting on Monday, I stopped off at the restaurant. The service wasn't bad but I waited about 15 minutes for my food. My dish finally arrived, I had ordered a tandoori chicken leg piece with some really really tasty lamb briyani. They topped my dish with some chutney which tasted spectacular! For the most part I would have to say this food, in my book, is definitely delicious and stands amongst the ranks of Shalimar, Naan n Curry, Pakwan and Chutneys as well as most Indian restaurants I have dined at, if not above them. Also, the garlic naan I had with my chicken tandoor was a special fresh baked garlic naan which I ended up making 4 orders of to go for. The thing that is likable about this place, and one of the few reasons I will definitely return is because the environment was a place where you could go not only with your friends and colleagues but family as well.\r
This is one of the few Indian/Pakistani restaurants out there that I have come across in a long time that I actually like!
