when i called to see if I could schedule an appointment for my dog, i was first impressed by the nice way they answered the phone. While scheduling appointment i was asked some questions about my dog gidget and I was able to ask some questions which I felt like they really connected with me and about what I wanted to be done. When I went in for my appointment, i was greeted with a smile and a knowledgable person who knew alot about dog styling. I spent some time explaining what I wanted and how long it would take for my gidget to be done. I was so pleased when I went back at the given time to pick up gidget. Not only did she look great, smell great, but she seemed relaxed and happy when she came out of the back to me. I would highly recommend the staff at Stylin Pets II to all my friends and family.
