Their mistakes become your responsibility! The employees that run this pathetic establishment are uneducated, unethical, and flat out rude. I took a necklace here to get repaired only to have it returned in worse condition. They sent me away with a ruined piece of jewelry. When I approached them about their faulty work they gave me one excuse after the other as to why they would not fix it properly or refund my repair charges. They actually claimed I had done something to the necklace and offered to charge me an additional $30 to have them ""try again."" Not only were they not willing to work with ""a customer"" (never again) they were disrespectful and in no way understand how to run a successful business. That 1 star is there because 0 is not an option.
Pros: Taking their business license!
Cons: Employees, Service, Ethics, etc.
