No Coffee in New Mexico 2/2/2008

It used to be a good place to shop for coffee. But for the last quarter of 2007, stock has been lacking at the Albuquerque and Santa Fe stores. Specifically, the large bags of French/Italian roast beans, both caf /decaf have been nearly impossible to find. Very often, even the small bags of ground French/Italina, caf/decaf are out of stock. They used to have a large stock of very good coffee at a good price, but the constant failure and the gasoline to drive there has begun to offset the price and quality. Starbucks is higher priced, and not as good - but is always available, and there is a store on almost every corner. Since we are hardly ever at Cost Plus anymore, they lost our impulse buying for other items, too. more
