What a joke, these people take your money and then show up when they feel like it and expect you to forget about it. If you try to cancel service they automatically tell you to pay some kind of fee but half the time they dont show up!!!!!!!!!! Their trucks are always breaking down, I'm surprised they are allowed on the road.....dont do any business with these people, they forget to pay their bills but expect their customers to pay now. How can a company operate in Hernando County like this one? I see them picking up the schools and what a mess, the trucks leak all kinds of fluid and the leave trails of garbage every where.
