I had a bit of a fender-bender (or so) with the Mercedes and they were beyond helpful! They were recommended to me by the local dealer (the only one my maintenance guy recommends), so that was already a good sign. When I got there, they helped right away and even dealt with the rental car company for me. I just had to leave the car and they dealt with the insurance and I let them do their thing. They called to make sure I knew everything they were doing. I think it took about 9 days, but they had to replace a lot of my front end (not my fault by the way). Overall, good work.
