The pizza is subpar, the sandwiches are almost tolerable and the service is horrific. The crust is incredibly doughy and the sauce could be much, much better. The bread they use for the sandwiches is incredibly delicious and they don't usually skimp on the ingredients, but I've had far better sandwiches. But the real problem with Metro Express lies within the customer service department. I've had three incidents with the Elizabethtown store that ended badly. The first time it took the delivery boy 3 hours to get my order to me, nobody bothered to call me back, I had to call them to find out what was taking so long. The second time involved a pickup, and the teenage girl behind the counter seemed far more interested in what was going on with her boyfriend, Britney Spears and her hair than anything coming out of my mouth, though she did finally begrudgingly give me a dirty look at one point. The third, and last time, involved a delivery that not only never came, but a call back an hour later asking when I was coming to pick it up. Since I said delivery three times and made certain she had the right address twice, I can't imagine for the life of me why. Don't waste your time with Metro Express, the only reason I gave them one star in the ratings is because it's required to post this review.
Pros: Fresh made sandwich bread
Cons: That's the only pro
