We've been to 930 several times over the past 2 yrs or so. and i love their food. its truly wonderful. but in the past 6 months or so either we're hitting them at a bad time, or something is going dreadfully wrong. the first incident a waiter dumped a glass of red wine all over the front of my white shirt. i was upset, of course, the owner apologized and got me a new glass of wine. (??) and then charged me for both glasses at the end of the night. he didnt even offer to pay to clean the shirt, albeit it was ruined. but it wasnt a cheap shirt. the next time we went.. it was packed as usual. and the owner says 'oh you dont want to wait that long.. you should try a different restaurant.' weird.. but ok. the LAST time we went there.. and i do mean LAST.. the owner took our name and then sat 2 couples ahead of us. so sorry! i thought i already sat you !!.. Accidents happen, i know that. but when they do, i expect someone (owner) to at least try to make up for it in some way.. am i wrong?? doesnt matter now. i wont go back. theres a new sushi to DIE for right down the street....... if the owner treats everyone as he has treated us.. i'm guessing the rest of you will find it too.
