This summer I bought a new home, when I went to use the heat recently it was not working. I called around to a lot of companies to try to get someone to look at it that day. No one could & I have an infant. I had left my name & phone# with many companies. A few hours later the office of NU-AIR called me to see if the situation had been handled when I told them it had not they said a tech would be over shortly. Even though it was turning dark & cold the tech stayed @ my house untill I had working heat. It was about 9pm that night.Now I use them for all my heating & I will use them for my air conditioner in the spring.I am so greatful they actually followed through & called me back.
