A couple of months ago my wife entered Studio One looking for a cut, color, and high lights on her auburn hair and stormed out with a black hacked up mess. The girl that did this to her tried to avoid responsibility by saying ""This is what you asked for"". Needless to say my wife refused to pay and left in a fit. The next day the owner refused to pay for the repairs and then spoke these exact words,"" I don't care. She does not work for me, she just rents a station from me"". Later we were told by the salon that fixed this hack job (the best they could) that the girl that did this had to rent from Studio One because she kept getting fired from other salons.
Cons: They will destroy your hair!
