On 2/18/08 I and my wife went to Parkway Chevrolet in Tomball. We were greeted by a salesman named Hollis. I explained to Hollis that we were looking for an Equinox for my wife. I explained our financial situation and asked about rebates or incentives. He took us into the dealership and began asking my wife for her personal information, such as her drivers license and social security number. This upset both of us since we were standing at a kiosk in the middle of the dealership. If anyone was interested in stealing her identity they would have been able to get all her information without trying. Hollis then took our car to the used car sales for an estimate. We stood outside the front door and watched as he and the used car person stood there and talked for about ten minutes. The person at the used cars never drove the car. He opened the drivers door and just looked at the car. He and Hollis stood there for several more minutes talking. Hollis then went inside the used car sales office. After several minutes he came out, got in our car and drove it back to the main dealership. He then parked our car in a posted handicapped space. (we are not handicapped.) He then took us back into the dealership and again began asking for credit information. We asked about the trade value of our car. He said that it would be sent to the sales office. He again began trying to get personal credit information from my wife. The most customer service we were offered was the fact that Parkway has FREE bottled water if we would like some. I finally took the keys from Hollis and told him we were leaving. All he told us was ""Okay, bye"". Throughout the whole time Hollis acted like I was not even there. I tried to find an e-mail address for the sales manager, general manager or owner of Parkway and could not find one. We left and went to another dealership where we bought a brand new SUV, for nothing down and payments we could afford. Parkway, you moved but left your customer service behind.
