Upon entering the restaurant, my boyfriend and I were met with a blank stare from the hostess followed by a curt ""How many?"" She sat us at a table, threw the menus down and left. Not once were we approached by a waiter or busser and offered a drink. As we waited for someone to come take our orders, the tables to our sides and behind either one of us were offered at least minimal service, and finally after fifteen minutes of not ever being approached by a single employee, we left, having not been acknowledged by anyone. After leaving, I called the restaurant personally and asked to speak to the General Manager about our experience, when the hostess told me that he doesn't take phone calls during the lunch rush, and hung up. Being a GM (granted, of a retail store) myself, I consider myself to be extremely concerned with my customer's needs, and would never dream of declining to speak to a customer with an issue or concern regarding my business. I called back several minutes later and demanded to speak to the GM, lunch rush or not. She kept me on hold for 5 more minutes, until I just gave up and hung up the phone. I can't think of ever having received such a disgusting lack of service in my years of eating out. I will never return to this location again. I've gone to the location on 10600 South many times, and have always received superior service from an extremely friendly staff, but upon reading some other reviews, it seems that this location is in dire need of a change of management.
