This is by far, the worse physician I have seen to date. On all my appointments, I had to wait on average about 45-60 minutes...and the staff was rude, unapologetic and inconsiderate to all the patients. This doctor clearly overbooks his day and spends at most - 5-8 min. with his patients. My appts were always rushed as well...and I seemed to be burden to him with just a handful of questions. Dr. Barandes also does not return phone calls, rather--he suggests using a virtual medium to post your inquiries--about your condition...and he will assign someone else to answer your concerns! He does not spend not even 1-3 minutes on the phone with ANY of his patients! Poor customer service, long waits in the reception area, and lack of consideration from the doctor himself...I would never go back to Dr. Martin Barandes nor recommend him to anyone.
Pros: ZERO: he supposedly has over 40 yrs of experience in his field--but he doesn't want to share it!
Cons: 40-60 min waits for a SCHEDULE appt., indifferent/cold staff, and a doctor that just wants to get paid not provide care!
