I purchased 2 of the most uncomfortable LANE recliners I have ever sat in. The ones I ended up buying at BIG LOTS were cheaper {of course} and far more comfortable. Even Big Lots allow 30 days on returns instead of 7. It took Michael Alan's over a week of phone calls and playing phone tag before we got any results. Which I did, but I am NOT the least bit happy with the $75 restocking fee per chair I was charged. For a so called ""high end"" furnishing store they sure have 'LOW END' customer service as far as I am concerned. I previously reccomended them highly to folks, but will NOT reccomend them to anyone else! Pros: Nice,helpful sales personel Cons: CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS more
