I called in December to make reservations for Valentine's Day. They said they did not have a list created and thought it was very early for me to call (Although most fine restaurants already take reservations in advance much sooner). We're talking two months before Valentine's Day. I can think of a few places that would already 90% booked. They said they would followup woth me in January to confirm the reservation and started the list with myself. I asked for a couch area - which I think was the best place in this establishment. Towards the end of January, I started calling to confirm my reservation. It took me several tries to reach someone (granted I could have left a message, but how many times do those get returned). When I finally reached someone - they said I was not on the list (Surprise) and they had a few spots left for me to choose from. No offer to correct the issue after I told her I called in December. During that call, I was told that everything was going to be single dining so that each couple had a table to themselves. I was still very happy that I was able to secure something. Las night we arrived on time and they could not find me on the list (Surprise), but eventually did. They proceeded to seat us on a large table where three other couples were sitting. Are you kidding me? I immediately asked for a different seat - they checked and came back and told us they were triple booked and could not seat us anywhere else. I explained my frustration with the reservation issue and we left. No offer to fix anything. I don't want them to give me something for my inconvenience, but my fiance was in tears, because they ruined our evening. I expected an apology and did not get one. We were looking forward to this for several months. All was ruined by poor accomodations. \r

I will note we were there once before and had the best server ever! That one time there were some reservation issues as well, but they had plenty of room to accomodate us.
Pros: Service
Cons: Reservations
