Very rude little girls run the whole show. Very unprofessional manager not much better. If you want to pay a huge water bill because of terrible plumbing and have your water shut off at least twice a month at the worst part of the day for repairs then feel free. Just be prepared to deal with not being able to get broken things fixed, looked down on by some little girl that has no idea wehat she is doing. Ohh and if she makes a mistake and thinks that you didn't pay your rent when you really did... You'll get an eviction notice, have to argue with her, and when she figures out shes wrong... It actually your fault...All i know is that 50 dollars a month for water not including electricity and gas is what I'm paying for an apartment. Do yourself a favor don't move here.
Pros: near the hospital for when you have a heart attach from opening the water bill.
Cons: The second you sign the lease the nice personality of the person that just showed you the house disappears and her real personality rears its ugly head
