These guys were so fast and so pleasant to work with. We were originally going through Hart West for a mortgage loan and two days before closing, they told us they couldn't provide us with a loan despite our great credit and low loan to value ratio. Obviously we were in a jam and stressed out after having to extend our closing date and move up our moving date. Someone recommended Mortgage Loans NW and even though we were super skeptical and weary from our last experience, they were really nice, answered phone calls and emails, updated us about everything, and processed our loan in 5 days. I would totally recommend them.
