I went in to the family practice with my girlfriend for the first time. The first thing I noticed was that the wait was horribly long. Once I got to see Ann things went pretty smoothly. She took care of me but would not answer all of my questions which really annoyed me because that was half the reason I went in. Later I got the bill, and for 15 minutes of service I was charged the same amount I would have been charged if I had gone to an urgent care without insurance!!! Needless to say I was not happy at all. When I called them back they were of no help at all. I would not recommend this family practice to anyone.
Pros: Very quick service once I was seen
Cons: High price, poor service, and long wait
