I am a server and my boyfriend is a chef, we ate at TCH on Valentines day and everything was terrible, even the service. I was expecting slow service because it was V-Day but the place was empty. The bartender and our waitress/owner were both drinking on the job. She really took all the class out of that restaurant I used to love.
