My husband and I moved to Atlanta from out of state for school. We choose to live in an apartment at The Village at Lake Park. Let me say that it is a beautiful place to live, The apartments are surrounded by wooded areas and it has a wonderful nature trail which is great for walking dogs. But don't get your hopes up just yet! You don't live outside, you live inside a card board box! The walls and ceilings are paper thin! You can hear every conversation from your neighbors, you can hear the people walking above you and you can pin point exactly where they are at all times by hearing the floor boards crackle. When your neighbors run water, you can hear the pipes rattle and it is very annoying and loud! We even heard when they use the bathroom too! We can hear our neighbors snoring, I kid you not! The apartments are VERY POORLY BUILT!!!!!!!!!!!! It has been a very HORRIBLE experience and I would not recommend that you move here! Do your selves a favor and move somewhere else! They are also way over priced for living in a card board box!
