I had the misfortune to have this bunch of cowboys - namely, Joe Garcia - misdiagnose the problem with my car, not once, not twice but THRICE! They left my family stranded on the day after Xmas. I would absolutely point you away from this crowd of crooks... If I could give them a rating of less than one star, I would.
Pros: There are no pros...
Cons: Clueless... they tend to offer refunds and then forget they did that.
