the guy with all the nasty comments must be a competitor of Brighton T.V., because you seem to be obsessed with making them look bad. They have been in business for years and they are an authorized service center for many different manfacturers. Shops that are authorized must meet many standards that other shops can't. If they really had the problems that you claim they would not be an authorized service center. Any real customer would contact them and look for resulution. You just seem to want them to look bad, I am guessing your axe grinding is because it's ""to your advantage""
