My wife and I test drove the IS 250 and took our time deciding if we wanted other cars in the same class (BMW, Acura, etc.). When we went to Bell Lexus the sales rep was terrible in showing the highlights of this wonderful car. We really liked the car and decided to come back a week later to discuss numbers. We showed up about 45 minutes to close and (I'm not not kidding when I say this) we were asked to come back the next day.
