Get the sweetbread appetizer with garlic butter. You won't regret that. The Champagne mojito was right up my picky alley. The boudin blanc dog takes three days to make and costs 9 dollars. The blue cheese plate with a taste of 10 year old whiskey makes for a warming dessert. The only thing is, they don't seem to hire ethnic folk.
Pros: some of the dishes remind you why eating is an end in itself
