We arrived to a fancy interior of overstuffed booths and ornate chandeliers, but were disappointed with the lack of flavor and bland fare offered in the disappointing buffet. We are rice lovers, so my friend and I put what seemed like fluffy rice with thin cellophane type noodles interspersed in it on our plates. To our great disappointment, the rice was crusty and the noodles were dry-as if it had sat out in the buffet container all day. Who can screw up rice? It's the basic fare offered in many types of cuisine and the main stay of my own personal diet.
