Took our hi def TV for almost two weeks, when only the bulb needed replacing and then lied to us several times on why the unit wasn't fixed yet. Bulb replacement per manual is user friendly and can be replaced by owner. We have a warrantly and warrantly work is done by Blackies per manufacturer but we will pay for any additional repairs to this unit and would not take a toaster to Blackies for repair.
Cons: lies, poor service, inept workmanship and customer service
