I had a spa wish gift certificate and this salon was closest to me so I tried it. I asked for auburn hair with light blond highlights. I asked for chunky highlights, I told her I like dramatic coloring. I asked for no texturizing and no golden color hightlights. Basically everything I asked her not to do, she did. She was the nicest girl on the planet but she just kept saying ""you need this"". I should have gotten up and walked out but once they start snipping and foiling what do you do? So, now I have 4 inche chunks of hair cut out of my layers that were perfect and I have golden straw on top of my head. Thin wisps of golden colored straw. I can't style my hair any other way than how she did it which is not how I like to do it. The roots are much darker than the ends and I just had it done last Saturday. It was 150.00 and it looks like I tried to do it myself and botched it.
Pros: Very nice staff
Cons: If something goes wrong they are not going to take care of it. Belive me, I tried.
