I highly recommend Dana! I use pilates to relieve some back issues I have and cannot say enough good things! She is extremely well-informed, a good and patient teacher (gives good visualizations so you can key in on the core part of your body that is necessary for the particular exercise).. and overall, understands anatomy very well so that Pilates can be very therapeutic.. In the wrong hands, Pilates can really mess up a bad back.
