We had an appointment for a Television repair on 02/13. The tech calls after he is a half hour late and states that he got hung up on a previous appointment and could not make our appointment. Our set has been broken for 11 days and this was their FIRST available appointment. We say, well, we'll see you tomorrow. The tech says that he has to check his schedule at the shop that evening and call us back. NO call back that evening. We call the next morning; expecting to be on the top of the list for that day... no call back at all that day! My recommendation? STAY AWAY from this outfit!
