I've been to Flavor since it's just open in the beginning of last year. I went there and celebrate my valentine's night in 2007. The food was great!--- even though it's just opened up, and not too crowded. This year, I went there again because my husband and I always love the ""Special Menu"" for the ""Special Event"" that Chef Oudi has created. It's very good valued for only $75 per COUPLE, yes I mean a couple, for these gourmet meals--- it's worth it! The foie gras's so creamy and melt in the mouth. I had chosen poached Maine lobster with Malaccan crab cake for my entree and my husband had grilled rib-eye steak with Malaccan crab cake. Both of them were so delicious! and cook to perfection! Dessert was the almond white chocolate truffle---sooo....... yummy! The decor for valentine's was so romantic too.
