One of the worst experience I have had. Working with Steph in service was painful. Steph and all those in the service department refuse to return calls or answer your questions. I tried on several occasions to relay this information and no one was willing to help. They do not offer assistance and seem confused about customer service. Only after contacting the president of the dealership was I able to finalize issues with my vehicle. Service appointments only take 4 1/2 hours which are normal lengths when having service done for you vehicle.
